Hi there, Newmar owners. Today on your 2013 Newmar Bay Star we're gonna be taking a look at and showing you how to install Roadmaster's front sway bar. And this is what our sway bar looks like when it's installed. This is going to be a direct replacement sway bar, and you do get not just a sway bar, but also new end links and all the hardware to install it. So, end links are actually a pretty common fail point along with bushings on sway bars. So, if you've got a motor home out there that's making a little clunk noise, doesn't seem like it's, seems like it sways a little more than it used to, and you get down here and inspect it. more

Hi there, Newmar owners. Today, on your 2013 Newmar Bay Star, we're gonna be taking a look at and showing you how to install Roadmaster's rear sway bar. The sway bar here that we've put on from Roadmaster is an additional rear sway bar that you'll add to your motor home. So it's not a replacement sway bar. So if you do have any kind of damage or something like that to your factory one, you would wanna take care of that, but you can still add this to get even further anti-sway benefits. Our factory one's located here on the front of our differential, our rear axle here. more

Roadmaster Reflex Steering Stabilizer Installation - 2017 Newmar Canyon Star Motorhome- Video
Hi there Newmar owners, today on your 2017 Newmar Canyon Star, we're going to be taking a look at and showing you how to install Roadmasters steering stabilizer. And this is what our steering stabilizer looks like when it's installed. It attaches to the suspension, over on the passenger side, right onto our axle where the leaf spring attaches to it. And then the other end here attaches to our drag link here, or your tie rod, whichever you want to call it. And it provides us with stability in both directions left and right, and tries to keep our steering wheel nice and straight for us. It is clamped down in this particular position here. more

Today on our 2019 Newmar Bay Star motor home, we're going to be taking a look at and showing you how to install the Roadmaster rear anti-sway bar. Having a motor home could be a really nice thing. We can travel around the country, seeing a lot of places we haven't seen or go camping or whatever we want to. But one thing that people don't talk a lot about when they talk about motorhomes is how uncomfortable the drive can be. Because let's face it, we have a lot of area for wind to catch and to start pushing us around. So whether we're going down the highway and we have a crosswind that pushes us, or if we're at the campsite and we just started hitting some uneven pavement, it can get a little unnerving. more

Today, on our 2019 Newmar Bay Star Motorhome, we're going to be taking a look at, and showing you how to install the Roadmaster reflex steering stabilizer with mounting brackets for Class A Motorhomes. Whenever we're driving our motorhome, a lot of different things can cause veer. It's uneven pavement, a rut in the road, or possibly a tire blowout. And the key to a comfortable drive is learning how to deal with those situations, because if we don't, we're going to be fighting the steering wheel to come back to center. Over-steering positioning ourselves in our seat. By the time we get there, we're going to be exhausted. more

Hey everybody, how's it going Today we're gonna be going over and showing you how to install the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar here on our 2017 Newmar Canyon Star. So here you can see what our sway bar looks like installed. You'll also notice that directly in front of the aftermarket sway bar, we have the factory sway bar which is the great thing about this kit here. It actually allows you to retain the factory sway bar, it doesn't replace it. So in our kit here we're gonna get our actual anti-sway bar. We're gonna get our polyurethane bushings. more

Speaker 1: 2017 Newmar Baystar sport and motor-home, you're gonna be taking a look at and I'm gonna show you how to install the Roadmaster front anti-sway bar for motor-homes, part number RM-1139-140.This is what our anti-sway bar looks like when it's installed. What this is gonna do for you is exactly what the name of it is, it's gonna reduce swaying.Because the vehicle is so heavy and so tall, when you're going down the highway you get a crosswind, the top of the vehicle wants to lean, wants to pull you. This is gonna reduce that body roll and that sway. It's also gonna help driver fatigue, 'cause we're not gonna have to muscle the steering wheel as much to keep it on the road.Their bar's gonna be made out of a 4140 chrome-moly steel for superior strength. It's gonna have a black power coat finish. It's gonna resist any rust or corrosion. more

Speaker 1: Today on our 2017 Newmar Bay Star Sport Motorhome, on our F53 chassis, you're going to be taking a look at, I'm going to show you how to install the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar for Motorhomes, part number RM-1139-145.This is what our intake sway bar looks like when it's installed, and this is not going to replace your factory sway bar, it's going to work in conjunction with it and with your factory suspension. Your factory sway bar, anti-sway bar, is mounted in the front of your axle. This add on sway bar, anti-sway bar, is going to be mounted in the rear of the axle.What the rear end sway bar's going to do for you, it's going to do just what the name says. It's going to reduce that body roll and sway. How it does that is, as you're going down the highway you get a crosswind top of the body is going to want to sway over, or push over, that is going to create driver fatigue because the driver has to muscle the steering wheel to keep the vehicle upright and going down the center of the lane. With this sway bar attached to the frame, as that frame pushes up it's going to pull up on this bar, as this side pushes down it's going to push down on the bar. more
